All prices stated are subjected to changes without prior notice and are in Singapore Dollars including GST, unless otherwise stated.

All orders and bookings are subject to further confirmation by Crystal Wines.

All orders and bookings will be confirmed by advance payment only.

Visa/Mastercard payment is available.

Delivery requires 2 working days upon confirmation of order, unless otherwise stated.

Actual product may differ from pictures shown.

For orders placed before 3.00pm, deliveries will be done on the next working day. For orders placed after 3.00pm, deliveries will be made on the following working day.

Minimum order value for free delivery is S$500.00. Orders below S$500.00 have to be self-collected or otherwise S$ 20.00 will be chargeable for delivery.

All our customers are advised to examine all goods ordered at the time of the delivery.

Any Breakages or Discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel and to our customer service or your respective sales personnel immediately within 24 hours of our delivery.
